• Initial consultation to discuss your vision for the special day
  •  Call/text and email communication as needed
  • Collaborate together to help create vision board/get ideas (can include accompanying you for shopping trips)
  • Assistance creating a timeline for the day of event
  • Design layout for table placement (may include seating chart assistance)
  • Create to-do list or shopping list as needed
  • Utilize decor owned by Knoll Events
  • Set up and take down of decorations
  • Preferred vendor list, as well as assistance finding a vendor of your preference
  • Full review of all contracts before you sign
  • Serve as point of contact with all vendors until the end of the reception 
    (Convey head count, distribute all final payments to vendors on the day of the event)
  • Coordination and management of wedding rehearsal as well as day of
  • Coordination with the DJ/MC of all announcements and memorable moments at the reception
  • Assistance with ensuring rentals are given to the point person to be returned
  • Ensuring all gifts/decorations get to the appropriate vehicle for transporting at the end of the event

Pricing is discussed at consultation meetings based on event needs, number of guests, and venue location.
